by Sr. Editor on January 7, 2008

Not all cleaning tasks require the same amount of time or regularity. The following daily cleaning routine checklist will help you focus just the right amount of attention on each cleaning project in your apartment.

Use the following checklists to help you with your daily, weekly, monthly cleaning routine; heck this stuff is so easy to remember you can print it out and use it for spring cleaning this year.

  • Clean food-preparation areas.
  • Eliminate pointless clutter (put away clothes, shoes, mail, toys, and bags; pick up any trash and throw it away)
  • Make your bed(s)
  • Sort and file mail and other paperwork (don’t let mail gather in the kitchen or your office area or you’ll have a garbage dump in no time)
  • Unload the dishwasher, washes the dishes, load the dishwasher
